PAC Rental Request Form
Thank you for your interest in renting the Monroe High School Performing Arts Center! Please enter the information below concerning your event and we will check availability. If you have questions, please contact the Performing Arts Center Director at (608)328-7370.

Auditorium (seating capacity 705)
Dressing Rooms (2 private dressing rooms and a large makeup area)
Scene Shop (please check if required for load in/load out)
Lobby in front of PAC (Please note: M-room, kitchen, etc. may be reserved by contacting the Activities Director)
Projector and screen
3-Level Wenger Choir Risers
4x8 Platform Risers/Drum Riser
Monitor Speakers (for playback of music for singers/dancers)
8 ft tables
Band Instruments (additional rental agreement and fee required)
Grand Piano (additional fee required, tuning is at the cost of the renting orgaization)
Upright Piano (tuning is at the cost of the renting organization)
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
