We’re excited to welcome vendors to our upcoming Philippine Independence Day Picnic on June 14, 2026 @ Vancouver Lake! If you’re interested in joining us, please review the guidelines below and submit your application. Deadline for submission is May 30th, 2026. We look forward to creating a fun and meaningful day together!
Vendor Guidelines:
Application and approval required
Limited spots
Suggested donation of $50
Vendors provide their own setup (table, chairs, etc.) and should clean up at the end
Must have required permits/licenses (if applicable, example food handlers permit for those selling food)
Only approved items may be sold
Maintain professionalism and respectful conduct
Vendors handle their own sales
Notify organizers for cancellations
Event organizers are not liable for loss or damage
Vendor agrees to have all merchandise and displays in good order by 10:00 AM (1 hour before the event) and tear down by 4:00 PM
Vendors may be photographed or recorded for nonprofit promotion. Let us know in advance if you have any concerns.
