Enrou partners with brands that share our goal of empowering both local artisans and the communities they live in through dignified employment and a dual-impact model.

(2) Our requirements:  

- The empowerment of artisans through sustainable & fair income and the empowerment of their communities through programs such as healthcare, education, etc.

- Products to be produced by the people living in the community that is benefitting from additional impact programs

- Dignified Employment -- Workers must be receiving fair payment for their work
      - At or above fair wage prices as determined by local standards
      - Work that is fair, safe, and proud

- Impact partners should have on the ground communications with their artisans and communities
