Please indicate the Agenda Item Number and Letter. If your topic is not listed on the agenda, please identify the subject of your comment. (If you do not identify the Agenda item, your Public Comment will be included in the Agenda Hearing Period-Public Comment portion of the meeting.) *
Option 1: I wish to make a comment in person.
Option 2: I wish to make a comment on Zoom. (You will be sent the Zoom link prior to the meeting.)
Option 3: I do not wish to speak but I would like to submit a written comment. Written comments will be included in the record but not read aloud.

Option 4: I wish to cede my time.
If you are ceding time, please indicate the name of the person to whom you are ceding time. Should a speaker wish to cede their time, you must be present and must introduce the speaker you are ceding to at the podium. Only one individual can cede time to a speaker.
Public comment portions of the Board meeting are limited to a total of 20 minutes per agendized item.  Public comment on non-agendized items will be heard during the Agenda Hearing Period-Public Comment portion of the meeting, which is limited to 20-minutes, regardless of the number of topics.  Speakers will be called up in the order they signed up and may have up to three minutes to address the Board. Speaking time may be reduced to accommodate as many participants as time allows.
The Governing Board welcomes and appreciates public comments and input. However, California's public meeting laws prohibit the Governing Board from discussing any item that does not appear on the agenda. Further, while members of the public may comment on any matter within the jurisdiction of the Governing Board, the Governing Board may not vote or otherwise act upon such matters unless the topic is properly placed on the agenda as an item for action.

By providing a public comment, you acknowledge that your name and remarks will become part of the official public record and are subject to the CA Public Records Act. This may include publication in meeting minutes, recordings, or other publicly accessible documents.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
