If you are intending to seek approval for transfer credit for a physics course which you plan to take sometime in the future, please fill out this form so that we can let you know if the transfer credit will be approved. If we approve the transfer credit, you will still need to fill out paperwork to get the transfer credit officially accepted by your College and the University.
If your course is already on the partially pre-approved list, then you only need to fill out questions A-K and M-N. If your course is NOT on the pre-approved list, then you must fill out ALL sections including L.
Note: We do not accept transfer credit from community colleges for current Cornell students and do not accept credit for courses offered online.
