Publication Submission Request Form
Please have ready the event information and publication information (desired publication time, caption, graphics).

For graphics, please make sure that you name each file Department_EventName (EX: AcademicAffairs_AMPApps.jpg, EX: StudentServices_Soulstice.jpg) and try to keep it under 2MB.
Each graphic should also follow the required dimensions listed below:

★ INSTAGRAM STORY:
- 1080x1920 pixels
- Ratio = 16:9

★ INSTAGRAM POST:
→ Square
- Minimum = 600x600 pixels
- Recommended = 1080x1080 pixels
- Ratio = 1:1
→ Portrait (Vertical)
- Minimum = 480x600 pixels
- Recommended =
> 920x1200 pixels
> 1080x1350 pixels
- Ratio = 5:4
→ Landscape (Horizontal)
- Minimum = 600×337 pixels
- Recommended = 1080x608 pixels
- Ratio = 16:9

★ FACEBOOK:
→ Post
- Minimum =
> Width: 504 pixels
- Recommended = 1200x630 pixels

NOTE: The dimensions must meet the minimum requirement and fit the given ratio dimensions. For the best quality, use the recommended sizes.
