Higher-Education Leave Policies, Supportive Institutions, and Well-Being
This survey intends to evaluate higher-ed leave policies, how supportive institutions are for their hired communities, and the well-being of those community members. We are seeking responses from any staff (including administration) or faculty member (past or present) from the USA.

This work is led by Cayla Skillin-Brauchle and Danielle C Wyckoff, artists and professors at Willamette University and Kendall College of Art and Design at Ferris State University.

For the past two years, we have conducted interviews and workshops around issues of family, sex, gender, and reproduction in higher education and art spaces. Through that work we have collected anecdotal information. This survey is intended to help us create aggregate data. For more information, view our website at reproductivemedia.org or follow our Instagram at @reproductivemedia.

Note that all information provided will only be shared in aggregate form. All individual responses are confidential.

This survey will take approximately 10-20 minutes to complete, but could also take more time depending on how much the survey taker is willing to share. Feel free to reach out to us at reproductivemedia@gmail.com with any questions.
