**REGISTRAR ONLY FORM**                                   2025/2026 - NEW PLAYER ADD FORM This form should ONLY be used for New Player Adds and is not intended to process transfer/release players. Prior to filling out the form below, registrars should be sure that the player(s) have been added to the correct team in the correct SALSA Registration Event in the GotSport system, making them available for approval by SALSA. Players submitted on this form will be officially rostered, making the player's virtual player card available to the team's manager. Requests will be processed in the order received. Players without proper player photos will not be processed until such time as a proper photo of the player has been uploaded. PROCESSING TIME IS 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. For submissions received by 5:00 pm Wednesday, the goal is to have them processed prior to Friday at 12:00 pm (noon) so the player(s) will be eligible for participation during the upcoming weekend of play. Submissions received after 5:00 pm Wednesday may or may not be processed in time for the upcoming weekend of play. VERY IMPORTANT:To be eligible for participation, players MUST appear on BOTH the SALSA 2025-2026 Official (pdf) Roster AND be pre-printed on the game card (listed as a primary player) regardless of when the original new player add request was submitted.
