LayerAIR APPLICATION FORM
LayerAIR programme is artist-in-residency programme which invites artists who create in field of music and visual art to stay in art hub Layer House, Kranj, Slovenia and create new projects in stimulative enviroment. LayerAIR is organized by Carnica Institute which has more than 10 years of experiences in initiating urban changes and organizing art festivals and events and so can give artists professional support, friendly advice or art direction if needed.
