For week-long camps, there is a non-refundable application fee of $40 due with the application. That is separate from the tuition payment. That is an annual fee due for Karen's program to be paid
The tuition is due upon acceptance in order to reserve your spot.
For single-day camps, the $40 application fee is waived. Cancellation policy for summer camps:
FULL REFUND: In the unlikely event that a camp is canceled for whatever reason, the purchaser is entitled to a refund or credit for 100% of the amount paid.
If you need to cancel, do so in writing.
For summer camps:
Cancellation received before May 1, there is a refund or credit of 75% of the tuition paid.
Cancellation by June 1st, refund or credit of 50% of the tuition paid.
After June 1st, there will be no refunds; and monies will go to scholarship fund.
