  • To update your contact details, register another person, or request the removal of your data, use this form.
  • For other request types, use this form.
Note: We request your name and email address to send you an automated copy of your completed form post-submission. We also need this to send you future confirmations, invitations, etc. Because future emails may contain personal information, we would advise you to submit your personal email address (rather than a generic or university email address). This information will be stored in ASAP's database only and not shared with third parties.

1. Purpose of data collection
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to us storing it and using it for the purposes outlined in the form. This may include, and is not limited to:
  • Members of the ASAP Team contacting you via email or WhatsApp to provide status updates on requests (e.g. compensation claims).
  • Enabling you to join networking forums to connect with representatives nationally.
  • Sending invitations and confirmations via email or WhatsApp (e.g. confirmation of Education workshops).
2. Data retention
We will not store your information for longer than necessary and will remove your personal data after a reasonable period of time has elapsed.

3. Your rights
If you would like us to update/delete your data at any time, please contact us via either of the below methods and we will ensure we have dealt with your request within a reasonable amount of time (which we will explicitly confirm with you):
  • WhatsApp: if you have direct contact with a member of the ASAP Team;

Please note:
  • In limited circumstances where we require continued access to your information for a certain period following your request to delete your information (e.g. to complete processing a funding request), we will only delete your information once we have fulfilled your request.
  • Where we are unable to delete your information (e.g. to maintain evidence of a transaction), we will reduce the information we hold about you, and mask whatever we are unable to delete. This way, your information will be anonymised and non-attributable.
