Thank you for your interest in collaborating with Tiny Tots Children’s Clothing!

This is a creative trade (not a paid position). In exchange for photos we can use on our website and social media, you’ll receive free Tiny Tots items to photograph. 

📋 Rules & Guidelines for Your Photography Collab

1. Photo Quantity & Delivery

- We require a minimum of 5 edited photos per outfit.

- Photos should be mix of several angles — full outfit shots, close-ups of details, and at least one lifestyle shot.

- Photos should be delivered by the last day of the month via email to hello@tinytotschildrensclothing.com

2. Photo Style & Quality

- Light, bright, and airy photography that matches the Tiny Tots brand aesthetic.

- Photos should be taken on a professional camera, not a phone camera. 

- Avoid harsh shadows, busy backgrounds, or filters that distort colors.

- Photos should be high-resolution (suitable for web and print).

3. Model Guidelines

- You can use any child model you have access to (your own, a relative, a friend’s child, etc.) 

- No restrictions on gender, age, or background — just make sure outfits fit well and are styled neatly. 

- Just as a note: We offer sizes newborn through youth large. You will need to ensure your models will fit in those sizes. 

4. Content Use & Credit

- Tiny Tots Children's Clothing retains the right to use all submitted photos for social media, website, and marketing. 

- You’ll be credited and tagged anytime your work is shared publicly. IF we make a mistake and do not credit your work on something, please let us know so we can add it to the post. 

5. Collaboration Timing

- Each collab runs month-to-month. 

- Outfits are shipped by the 1st of the month, and photos are due by the end of that month.

- Continued collabs depend on communication, timeliness, and photo quality.

6. Communication

- Please let Allie or Tracey at Tiny Tots Children's Clothing know if you need additional help with anything. We are more than happy to help in any way that we can.
