Pay It Forward– Event Registration Form

We’re excited to invite the community to the 3rd Annual “Pay It Forward” Back-to-School Community Event!

Hosted in partnership with the African American Chamber of Commerce of Northeastern Wisconsin (AACCNW), this event is focused on supporting local students and families through school supplies, community resources, food, entertainment, volunteerism, and family fun.

We are currently seeking:
• Vendors
• Volunteers
• Community Partners
• Food & School Supply Donations
• Toiletry Donations
• Barbers & Beauticians
• Monetary Sponsors

Together, we can help students start the school year feeling prepared, supported, and empowered.

Vendor Participation Guidelines:

Vendors MUST CARRY THEIR OWN LIABILTY INSURANCE*

Vendor Fee: $50 Includes one 10x10 ft space for your table and tent.

Tent size must not exceed 10x10 ft.

Food vendors: Please Donate Food instead of selling, so families may enjoy it free of charge.

Arrival/ Breakdown: 9am-5pm You may arrive 1 hour early but, please stay through the remainder of the event

All vendors/donors: We ask that you donate school supplies, cleaning supplies, non-perishables and toiletries or diapers for families in need.

All items for sale or donation will be reviewed.
