Thank you for using this form to let us know you will need to pick your child up early from school or change his/her normal dismissal process from riding the bus for today. Once you submit this form, the information is sent to a spreadsheet referenced by the main office. Please complete this form no later than 12 pm-noon- on the day of the early pick-up/dismissal change. If it is past noon, you must call the main office at 359-5090 and provide a reason for the late request. Emergencies may be accommodated with principal review/approval. We regret that we are unable to process same-day requests received after noon through this form.
