-Minimum of 10 people (if less than 10 people cost per person will be adjusted accordingly). Maximum of 24 people.
-CI$200 Deposit required with balance due 5 days prior to event.
-Includes the venue (main studio) for yourselves, materials, supplies and 2.5 hours of live step by step instructions. We also have a full sized fridge and freezer if you need to store anything, water cooler and wine bar area with wine glasses. You will need to bring plates, forks and disposable cups for your guests.
-For mobile events there is a $75-$100 mobile fee added (depending on distance).

Art Nest Creative Studio reserves the right to cancel or modify a workshop or class at any time. Full refunds will be issued if the studio cancels a workshop or class that cannot be rescheduled.  There are no cash refunds for events cancelled/rescheduled due to force majeure.  In house credits may be given for force majeure if an event cannot be rescheduled. ​                                                                                                                                                PRIVATE EVENTS: A non-refundable deposit of CI$200 is required to confirm your booking with the balance due 5 days before the event date. Upon cancellation at least 5 days before the event, we can convert the deposit or any payments towards balance into an in-house credit, if we are able to fill the spot with another event or party. If we are unable to fill the cancelled spot, the deposit will remain non-refundable to account for the loss of business. There are no refunds for no-shows on event date.
