Educate the Citizens International Organization (ETCIO) is a non-governmental organization that seeks to professionalize the domestic service industry in Nigeria. This is an upcoming program aimed at transforming domestic work from an informal, exploited sector to a structured employment relationship.
The program focuses on training employers ranging from stay-at-home moms to recruitment agencies.
In order to do this, ETCIO aims to evaluate existent management styles and identify areas for improvement and consequently develop new systems.
