Rejuveo Stage 1
This first week we reduce, and ultimately eliminate, the main inflammatory foods: Sugar, grains like corn, wheat, oats, and barley... soy, & dairy--this includes from animals fed corn, wheat, oats, barley soy...

We crowd those foods out with piles of veggies (the FOURTH food group ;-) and handle cravings with plenty of protein at breakfast.
