Please complete a form for each event you intend to hold and submit it no less than 8 weeks prior to the event. 

• Entry list must be submitted to the Table Tennis Scotland office prior to the event;
• Table Tennis Scotland affiliation numbers should be included on the entry form, all competitors of sanctioned events must be affiliated to Table Tennis Scotland.
• Table Tennis Scotland ranking list must be used to seed all sanctioned tournaments.
