JamBallah '19, Vendor Application
Thanks so much for your interest in vending at JamBallah NW! A few notes:


*We truly wish we could include everybody who applies, but we do need to limit the number of vendors to fit in the space, as well as to create a profitable environment by not saturating the market.

*PLEASE NOTE: This year it's looking like the vending will be OUTDOORS. Please see general sitemap below. I will have more information on this soon, and you will definitely be given a detailed vending area sitemap to look over before you are asked to sign your contract, if accepted. You will definitely have the option to bring displays/goods into the Chapel overnight if you like, with festival volunteer assistance.

JAMBALLAH NW: Aug 2-4th 2019. Expected number of festival attendees: 300+.

VENDING HOURS: Fri 2nd 1:30-7:30p Sat 3rd 12-8p Sun 13th 11-3:30p Breakdown 3:30-5:30p

LOADIN/SETUP: Time TBD

VENUE: Lewis & Clark College, 0615 SW Palatine Hill Rd, Portland, OR 97219
There are public restrooms onsite. Vendors must provide their own changing areas. FREE PARKING!

LODGING: Festival attendees and staff will be able to rent rooms in L&C's onsite Alder and Juniper dorm halls, 80$ per night per person. Cost includes three meals a day in their boutique cafeteria. (They're very accommodating to dietary restrictions.)

We have access to some 6' tables, if requested. You may share a space with another vendor, with producer approval. Cancellation fees apply after contracts are signed.
