I hereby authorise and consent to Honey Nails GC to conduct nail treatments on myself and do not hold Honey Nails GC responsible for the possibility of risks to nail treatments (while highly unlikely) such as bacterial, viral or fungal infections.  *
I also confirm that do not have any of the following conditions on my nails: open or severe eczema, dermatitis or psoriasis, Paronychia, viral infections/warts, infected Onycholysis, Tinea, any other bacterial infections or severe cuts.  *

Please also take the time to read our policies.The client must book via the online booking link provided (no walk-in appointments accepted), or please DM me for other availabilities. Be sure to inform me of any allergies or nail conditions you may have. Any contraindications on the nails such as cuts, bruises, infections, funguses, etc. may prevent a service from being performed and we will need to reschedule your appointment. Honey Nails GC is a home-based salon so please respect the address given to you upon booking. Public sharing of this address will not be tolerated. To notify me of your arrival please use the street parking and ring the doorbell at the top of the driveway. Please let me know if you need to park closer. It is your responsibility to ensure that any other acrylic or SNS  has been removed before your appointment. Honey Nails GC can only remove BIAB or Hard Gel from other salon's work. Refunds are not given, only repairs within four days of your appointment. Free repairs after this period will not be provided. It is best to provide an image of the potential damage or lifting so we at Honey Nails can resolve it as soon as possible. If you have any concerns about your nails please voice this during your appointment so we can best satisfy the vision for your nails. *

The client is responsible for maintaining the health of their natural nails by reducing the potential for damage. your daily tasks and work will affect how long your nails last so Honey Nails GC is not responsible.Please send me a message if you’re running late. However, after 15 minutes into your appointment time, with no message this will be considered a no-show and will need to be rescheduled. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, less than 24 hours hours before your appointment, due to extenuating circumstances, please message Honey Nails as we are understanding of events of this nature, such as illness or emergencies. However, continuing this type of cancellation more than 3 times, a full payment before booking will be required in the future. Please understand this is my business and a last-minute cancellation affects my time, bookings, and availabilities for other clients - so please be certain of the time and date you want to book. If you need to reschedule your appointment with more than 24 hours notice, please message us to reschedule. Depending on the service you book, your nail service will take about 1 to 2.5 hours. We at Honey Nails GC can give you an estimate of time, but please keep in mind, that nail art/ French and cuticle care does take time. Honey Nails does not complete nail services for anyone under the age of 16. Consequently anyone between the age of 16 and 18 will require a parent signature before any treatment is commenced, and a parent, guardian or older relative to also attend their appointment. All information will be kept 100% confidential.Payment can either be by cash or Square payments. *
