Personal Discipleship Plan
Take 15 minutes or so to individually work through the inventory below. The goal of this self-assessment is simply to raise awareness. We all have strengths and weaknesses and we want to create a culture in which we can be honest about them and pursue growth together. If you have a hard time rating a particular item, you may consider talking it over with your small group or small group leader.

Rate yourself on a scale of 1-5 for each statement or question below. As you do this, remember, truth is your friend. It's difficult to grow as a disciple if you're not honest about your current reality. So assess yourself honestly and humbly. And remember - your righteousness is in Christ alone, not in your assessment score.

Character
The overall qualities and characteristics that define us. The credibility of the gospel depends on the character of the Christian community (Matthew 5:13-16 and John 13:35)

Holiness: I am aware of my sin and heart idolatry, and am actively seeking to put sin to death and cultivate righteousness.
