CHECK-IN: Check-in for mentees will be held from 12:30PM-1:20PM.
BRUIN TOUR: We are offering an exclusive tour of our wonderful campus for students and parents, given by the mentors themselves. The tours will take place before the fair and begin during check-in. If you would like to join us, please meet at the Bruin Bear (shown on attached map) between 12:30PM-1:20PM.
BRUIN SCIENCE FAIR: Finally! All the hard work our student's have poured into their projects will culminate in a grand science fair where they can share their ideas and make their parents proud. If you will not be joining us for a tour, please meet us at the Bruin Bear by 1:20PM (after check-in) where we will be taking group photos of the students and mentors! We will then walk together to the Ackerman Grand Ballroom (2nd floor of Ackerman Union, shown on attached map) where the Science Fair will take place from 1:30PM-4:30PM
Note: Students should bring any materials they would like to present as their project to the Bruin Bear upon arrival, even if they will be going on the tour. You will not have to carry them with you on the tour, we will have mentors take them to Ackerman Grand Ballroom for you.

GIRA: Estamos ofreciendo una gira exclusivo del UCLA para ustedes y sus niño/as! Las giras van a ser antes de la feria de ciencias. Si quieres unirte con nosotros, reuniese cerca de la estatua del oso Bruin (se muestra en el mapa) entre las 12:30PM-1:20PM.
Fiera Ciencias: Finalmente! Todo el trabajo duro que sus niño/as han hecho se mostrará en la feria de ciencias. Si no puedes unirte con nosotros para la gira, reuniese a la estatua del oso Bruin (se muestra en el mapa) a las 1:20PM. En este momento, vamos a tomar fotos de los estudiantes y sus mentores! Luego caminaremos juntos al Ackerman Grand Ballroom (segundo piso de Ackerman Union, que se muestra en el mapa). La feria será a las 1:30PM-4:30PM.
Nota: Se requiere que los estudiantes traigan los tableros.
