The Scallywag Party is built on layers of good times so, whether big or small, if you want to get involved, volunteer or contribute at our extraordinary little shindig in any way then we'd love to hear from you. What we need from our volunteers:
* one 4/5 hour shift per day
* stewards/recycling/toilet/cafe/bar/catering crew available to work fri/sat/sun/mon
* build and break crew available to work in the days before and after the event

What you get in return:

Scallywag Party only works with full support from our amazing volunteers. Last year we recruited as many as we needed, but unfortunately half of those let us down at the last minute. This put a huge strain on the festival and increased the workload for those who did turn up. We want to avoid this happening again, so we're exploring ways to get everyone to commit fully. We're considering following in the footsteps of other events and asking all new volunteers for a fully refundable safety deposit to guarantee your place on the crew. Are you willing to, and in a position to send us a deposit (no more than the value of a full price ticket) which will be refunded once all shifts are completed? *
