Waiver and Release of Liability

I, the undersigned, in consideration of being permitted to participate in a bowfishing trip and/or related activities (the “Activity”) with Bullseye Bowfishing Charters (the “Company”), voluntarily agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that bowfishing, being on a boat, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to water hazards, equipment-related injuries, collisions, and potential wildlife encounters. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities, including the risk of injury, death, or property damage.

Release and Waiver
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Bullseye Bowfishing Charters, its owners, agents, employees, and any associated crew members (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, resulting from or arising out of my participation in the Activity.

Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of my participation in the Activity and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.

Medical Treatment
I consent to receive any necessary medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the Activity. I understand that I am solely responsible for any associated costs and that the Released Parties assume no responsibility for any medical expenses or outcomes.

Photo/Video Release
I grant Bullseye Bowfishing Charters permission to use photographs or videos taken during the Activity for promotional purposes, including social media, advertising, and the Company’s website, without compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the Company in writing before the trip.

Legal Capacity
I affirm that I am of legal age (18 years or older) and fully competent to sign this agreement. If signing on behalf of a minor, I affirm that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the legal authority to execute this waiver on behalf of the minor.

Governing Law
This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State]. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of [Insert County and State].

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS.
