We offer community space to support individuals in Sarnia/Lambton who have medically fragile needs. We look for volunteers to help with our hands on experiences, yard work at Standing Oaks, and the Canada Day parade.  We do various events throughout the community for exposure and to educate people about our medically fragile community. Community Concerns for the Medically Fragile came to be in 1989. CCMF has been a registered charity (not for profit) for 32 years. Originally a parent run organization,  parent involvement continues along with   Board members. We depend on individuals to help volunteer in order for us to thrive and be successful. We aim to enhance the lives of our medically fragile persons.
