Job Description

Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Experience Level - 0-2 Year

This position requires leadership, teamwork, professionalism, extended customer service, the ability to understand the company's goals/needs in order to apply the technology required to achieve them, and the desire to work in a fluid and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a team and provide 24/7 support when required.
• Provide technical support to our clients based in US through CRM tool and email communication
• Apply proven communication, documentation and problem-solving skills to maintain and monitor Data.
• Required to work with Data through SQL Server and other data tools such as Excel, Tableau for Visualization and  reporting.
• Data Cleaning and Data Analysis
• Application tuning and performance monitoring.
• Setup and maintain documentation and standards.
• Do technical troubleshooting and give consultation to teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Skills required: - MS-SQL, MS Excel, Tableau, HTML, CSS, and (C#/.net) optional but if you are familiar with, that would be good.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Required to work during US time zone (5:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST) and ANZ time zone (4:00 AM IST to 1:00 PM).
