Financial Policy:
I understand that I will need to pay $150 in order for my child to participate in the Union Youth Dance Program, as costumes must be ordered and entry fees paid well in advance.  A $75 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of signing up in order to reserve my dancer's place on team.
The remaining $75 balance must be paid by November 1, 2026 in order for my child to continue on the Union Youth Dance Team.  If the remaining balance is not paid, I understand that my child will not be able to participate in any performances.  Refunds will not be available due to having to pay in advance for team costumes, accessories, entry fees, etc.

Attendance Policy:
I understand attending practice is vital to the growth and improvement of my child and their dance team.  Therefore, I will make sure my child is at practice on time as long as illness or other extenuating circumstances do not prevent.
I understand that excessive missed practices may lead to my child sitting out of or moved to a different position in routine.  If my child will be missing a practice, I will notify a coach via the BAND app.

Positive Character Policy:
As adults, our most important duty is to be positive role models to these young dancers.  Therefore, we ask that all team participants, coaches and families model kindness, patience and respect to each other when communicating, as this will facilitate a fun and positive learning environment for our dancers.
