Excelsior Safe & Open Campaign Sign-Up
Please fill out this form to confirm your participation in the Excelsior Safe & Open campaign. This form is an informal contract stating that you agree to abide by the instructions given by the guidelines the Excelsior Downtown Retailer Reopening Committee and Chamber of Commerce have developed:

1. Hand sanitizer stations will be available for each customer at the entry of the shop
2. Shop employees will wear masks upon request
3. Reduced occupancy to encourage social distancing
4. Maintain social distancing at all times
5. Fitting rooms sanitized after each use
6. After an article of clothing has been tried on it will be sanitized and/or quarantined for 24 hours


Fees for Participation: $7


MARKETING
The Chamber will provide the following marketing pieces to each participant:
• 10”x10” window cling with the Excelsior Safe & Open logo
• Digital copy of the logo to be used on your website, social media properties or other printed marketing materials
• A formal marketing piece of the tenants of the Excelsior Safe & Open campaign for you to print and place on your door/window
The Chamber will also be marketing the Excelsior Safe & Open campaign in the following ways:
• Materials including the safety tenants as well as instructions to look for the window cling with the Excelsior Safe & Open logo
• Website listing all participants
• Social Media campaign
• Inclusion in applicable QTV episodes
• Press Release to all major media outlets
• A written educational piece including shop local facts/stats on impact
