Brewery/Bar Receives:
- Free Full Page in Orlando Weekly if registered BY AUGUST 1st, 2022
- 10x10 booth space & complimentary ice to keep beer cool
- Logo with link on OrlandoBeerFestival.com
- Listed in Orlando Beer Festival event guide to be printed in Orlando Weekly's Beer Issue (week of the event)
- Listed in event guide given to all attendees
- Partner status with Orlando Weekly. (Send info so we can promote your events and special announcements via our Beer Pages and the @orlandobeerfest Instagram)
Beer vendors will provide:
- 30-45 gallons of beer (can be different varieties)
- Jockey Box or Trash Cans to keep kegs cool, or coolers for bottles/cans
- Tent, tables, chairs, marketing materials & signage (everything required for booth set up, including weights / sandbags to secure tents. NO STAKING INTO THE GROUND.)
- Personnel to work serve during the event
- In-brewery and social media promotion for the event
Each participating vendor will be contacted at least one month prior to the Festival to review the products that will be served.
