2022 Small Business of the Year Nomination Form

Criteria:
1.Nominee must be a Chamber member.
2.Nominee must be active in the Rome Floyd Chamber.
3.Nominee must be located within Floyd County.
4.Nominee must be a for-profit entity.
5.Nominee must have 50 or fewer employees.
6.Nominee must have been in business for at least five years.

If a business has won this award in the last five years they are not eligible.

The Deadline for nominations is Monday, January 31, 2022 5:00 p.m.
