Princeton Garage Sale & Flea Market Sign-up Form

Sale Dates: June 4, 5, and 6, 2026

Hours of Sale:

  • Thursday   8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Friday         8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Saturday    8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Location:  Mille Lacs County Fairgrounds, Princeton, MN  (Open class, Commercial Buildings, Heritage Building, and Outdoors)

Looking for individuals or organizations selling selling garage sale and flea market items such as household items, garage items, antiques, collectibles, clothing, furniture, crafts, etc. Open to direct sale/small business vendors such as Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc.

  • Saturday    8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Set up times:

  • Tue, June 2    4:00 - 8:00 pm
  • Wed, June 3  4:00 - 8:00 pm
  • Sat, June 6    6:00 - 8:00 am (outdoor spaces)

Space Options:

  •  3 day Option (Thursday through Saturday) 12’ x 12’ indoor space without tables (bring your own tables) = $20   ** NOTE ** this option is nearly full as of 4-20-26.  If we fill up we will let you know and keep a waitlist.  Lots of space still available for 1-day only Saturday option.
           Tables available to rent for $5 each for indoor only (limited # of 6’ banquet tables available to rent)

  • 1 day Option (Saturday only) 10’ x 20' outdoor Entertainment Pavilion space (bring your own tables) $15 or 20’ x 20’ outdoor space (bring your own tables)  $15 

NOTE:  Space is reserved once form is submitted and payment is received.  Mail payment to: Mille Lacs County Fairgrounds, PO Box 595, Princeton, MN 55371 or bring payment to set up on June 2 or 3. Make checks payable to: Mille Lacs County Fair

By signing up for the sale the vendor agrees to the following sale rules and conditions:

  1. Each vendor is responsible for their own space, contents, bags, collecting payment, etc.
  2. Aisles must remain clear of possible tripping hazards and no blocking of doors.
  3. No sale of illegal items, firearms, weapons, tobacco, or cannabis. Selling of live animals must be pre-approved. 
  4. Remember Mille Lacs County Fairgrounds is a family friendly facility so please keep that in mind with the items you sell.
  5. No hanging or attaching items to walls on the buildings.
  6. Smoking is not permitted in the buildings. Smoking of recreational cannabis is prohibited on Fair Grounds.
  7. No driving in buildings, but you can backup carefully to unload and then move your vehicle.
  8. Buildings will be locked at the conclusion of the sale each day and at the end of each set-up day.
  9. The Mille Lacs County Fairgrounds and Mille Lacs Agricultural Society are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may result to vendor or vendor's property. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Mille Lacs County Ag Society against any claims against it as a result such as injury , loss, illness, death or damage to vendor or vendor's property.
  10. Vendors must remove all of their unsold items including boxes, tubs and packing by 5:00 pm on Saturday, June 6.

Sale Promotion:

  • Fairgrounds will post the garage sale/flea market on social media  (Facebook, Nextdoor app, Craigslist)  and the Princeton City Wide Garage sale flier. 
  • Fairgrounds will put up signage directing people to the fairgrounds.
  • All vendors are strongly encouraged to also post/promote the sale on their own social media. 

Fairground amenities:

  • Public bathroom
  • Free admission to shop
  • Lots of parking
  • ATM machine on site
