If you are a school-based PT or PTA and would like to become a member of our CoP or would like to change the email address we currently have on file, please complete this form. If we have your current email from last year please confirm it on this form.
All 2024-2025 School-Based PT CoP meetings will be held via zoom on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm. The meetings for the school year are on the following dates: 9/12, 9/26, 10/10, 10/24, 11/7, 11/21, 12/05, 12/19, 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6, 3/20, 4/10, 4/24, 5/8, 5/22, 6/5, and 6/12. A new registration link will be sent to the email distribution list for each virtual meeting. Even if you can't attend meetings you will receive the notes and resources. Please mark the dates in your calendar for the upcoming school year.
The purpose of the School-Based PT CoP is to enhance our collective capacity to support students statewide and to support each other in our important work. Please note that information shared during meetings is not intended to be legal advice or official guidance from CSDE. For specific policy and procedural questions, members are encouraged to consult their district administrators.
