Join us Friday August 9th or Saturday August 10th for the 18th Annual Clay Shoot at the Abilene Clay Range Benefiting the Habitat for Humanity. This is a great event for both professional and amateur shooters. Open to the public, the shoot includes a delicious, catered meal and drinks at the evening Awards Dinner starting at 6:30PM on Saturday August 10th at the conclusion of the daytime shoot. (No Early Entry to Dinner/Must Present Ticket for Admission). It's a fun filled day of networking, shooting fun and raising money for Habitat for Humanity.

Schedule of Events:

*Friday August 9, 2024: Abilene Clay Range
We are offering a NEW shooter squad reservation on Friday August 9th beginning at 4:00 PM. This reservation is limited and will be filled on a first come first served basis. Shooting scores on Friday night will be added to the Saturday scores.

*Saturday August 10, 2024: Abilene Clay Range 

8:00 AM Shooters (Arrive no later than 7:15 AM) 
*8AM Reservation is SOLD OUT*

11:00 AM Shooters (Arrive no later than 10:15 AM)

*Saturday August 10, 2024: Capital Farm Credit Display Building
After a day on the course, we will gather at the Taylor Country Display Building for our Awards Dinner and Auction Event. Doors will open at 6:30 PM. (No Early Entry/Must Present Ticket for Admission)

Scoring is based on the Lewis Class Scoring System. Gift Certificates to Caroline Colt Company located in Abilene Texas will be awarded for 1st Place. 2nd Place will receive 1 flat of shotgun shells. Scoring is determined by a 3rd party vendor, independent of the Big Country Home Builders Association.

NEW IN 2024 - This year's event will feature a Women's and Youth Division (age 16 and under) - Prizes awarded to the High Point Shooters in BOTH divisions.

Clay Shoot Registration Information:
In order for us to serve you to the best of our ability, please fill out this registration form in its entirety. In order to secure your place on the shooter roster at your desired time, you MUST pay all fees in full and provide your shooter squad names no later than Monday August 5th. Incomplete rosters may result in losing your desired shooter reservation on the master schedule. By completing this registration, you acknowledge that you will be deemed the "Team Captain" for all correspondence and information regarding this event, including the event fees invoice.
