After submitting this registration, send a check for $3,985 or $3.285 for the Early Bird Discount if registration received before July 1st, 2024. You may also pay by credit card upon request.

Course fee covers the 25 CME course, lodging, all meals, and water activities.

Participants are responsible for flights and transportation to and from retreat venue.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund is granted if cancelation is received 60 days before event. We understand that life challenges emerge and changes happen. In the event that an emergency arises and a cancellation is needed after the 60 day window, we will do our best to fill in the reservation with another physician. We will be glad to refund the entire amount if the registration is replaced.
