The agenda item request form must be submitted by Thursday at 11:59 PM to ensure that your requests have the potential to be added to the agenda for our next weekly General Council meetings. The General Council meetings are currently scheduled for Wednesdays from 3:10 PM to 5:00 PM, although please note that these times may vary during Summer Break. We will keep you informed via email regarding the exact timing of when we plan to address your requests.
