Location: Lyman Point Park
Vehicles must be set up by 3:30pm and remain throughout the entire event.
Bring enough candy/trinkets/treats to hand out to approximately 750 people

All businesses, organizations, groups, and families are welcome to participate and must complete a registration form prior to the event.
“Trunkers” do not need to come in costume (although strongly encouraged), however, ALL vehicles MUST be decorated.

Event Details:
Trunk-or-Treaters will spend the afternoon going from trunk to trunk, collecting candy, toys or trinkets from the “trunkers” who have decorated their vehicles to serve as the backdrop for this family friendly event. Trunkers are asked to decorate their trunk, tailgate, pop-up tents or hatchback and provide candy, toys or trinkets for the treaters (Enough for approximately 750 participants). Your “trunk can be simple or elaborate… it’s up to you!
If you are representing a business or organization, perhaps a theme in support of your business/organization would be fun. Feel free to bring fliers from your business/organization to pass out.

Rules:
o Registration is free; however, all registration forms are due by 5:00pm on Tuesday, October 28th.
o Please be courteous to your trunk neighbors and keep your decorations confined to your parking space.
o No amplified music.
o No political or religious advertisements
o No scary displays/costumes. Keep decorations kid friendly.
o Selling items is prohibited at this event.
o No electricity hook-ups available.
o All trunks and their owners will be photographed.
o Registered vehicles must arrive between 1:00pm-3:00pm and be decorated and ready to go by 3:30pm.
o Vehicles will not be permitted to move or leave the event until the conclusion.
