The 46th Annual D63 Charity Basketball Game is

The game is a fun contest between Gemini staff and staff from the D63 Elementary Schools — for fun and for charity. There is a Prize Raffle and a 50/50 Raffle this year! Proceeds of the game and raffles benefit longstanding local group,

We need your help to run the concessions booth and the 50/50 raffle during the event.
Concessions Booth:
Set up from 4:00－5 PM
- Volunteers enter through main doors
- Check in with volunteer leader
- Set up tables and pizza warmers
- Organize and prep the food items
- Assist in setting items on table to purchase
Game Time! 5:00－7 PM
- Get food orders ready for attendees
- Keep items stocked and organized
- Keep the booth clean
- Handle sales of items
Take Down/Clean up after the event 7:00－8 PM
- Inventory and pack remaining items
- Clean all supplies and tools
- Clean booth area in the gym
50/50 Raffle 4:30-5:30:
- Volunteers enter through main doors
- Check in with volunteer leader
- Obtain bank and tickets
- Return all money collected to volunteer leader before raffle winner is drawn
