This form is for worker applications for Gonville & Caius May Ball 2026, which will take place on the Tuesday 23rd June 2026 at Gonville & Caius College, Cambridge, CB2 1TA.

Student workers must be students at the University of Cambridge (any of its constituent Colleges), and must have the right to work in the UK.
The different shifts available to apply for:
- Supervisors: you will be working the whole night to lead your teams. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): supervising student workers, liaising with the committee and contractors, ensuring the shift change is coordinated appropriately. Given the higher level of responsibility, a more competitive pay rate will be offered. Previous supervisor/May Ball experience strongly desired.
- Full-shift workers: you will be compensated for working the whole night at a competitive rate.
- Half-on, half-off workers (HO/HO): you can indicate your preference to either work the first half of the night and enjoy the rest of the night as a guest, or alternatively be compensated for working the second half of the ball at a competitive rate.
- Clean up: you will only be required the morning after the ball.
