** Summer 2024 Capacity Notice
Due to staff support and space capacity, we have reached our capacity for additional summer field trips or events. We will not be able to accept any requests that pertain to the following:
  • Project making (intensive field trips)
  • Tours greater than 50 guests
  • Field trips/free-flow experiences greater than 20 guests
  • Meetings/Events that are not directly student-focused **

We are excited to host you in the Make It Center (MIC) at ACC Highland Campus!

Book Now for Your MIC Experience!
All visitors including ACC faculty, staff, and students, please complete this form with as much detail as possible. This intake form is the first step for all internal and external meeting and event requests.

* Please note fees may apply for space use and/or programming supplies.

This form can be used to reserve the following:
  • The MIC (The entire center for an event)
  • Walking tour of the MIC
  • Field Trip
  • Fab Lab (The Forge) 
  • Sim Zone
  • Innovation Hub
  • Inspiration Hub (The Nexus)
In addition to this form, if you are requesting any of the following as part of your event, a member of our operations team will contact you for further information.  
  • External events
  • Requests to serve alcohol
  • Requests for catering by ACC
  • Safety and security controls
  • Requests for 250+ attendees
  • Requests for guest/reserved parking
  • Requests for multi-purpose space (In addition to space in the MIC)
  • Internal events with 15+ non-ACC faculty, staff, or student attendees
Standard Turnaround Times
  • Academic or department meetings (Internal Attendees Only): Two business days, excluding weekends
  • For all other meetings and events: Two weeks minimum advance notice required 
  • Please call the MIC Front Desk at 512-223-1470 for any last-minute room requests or changes.
