Please use the form below to submit your information to us for registration purposes within our Moodle system for online testing purposes for AAMP.  

Students: Filling this out does NOT automatically create the account, it simply provides our team with the information needed to do so.  It is extremely important to ensure the email address entered is correct and that it is spelled correctly.  Failure to do so will mean you will not receive the proper welcome email once our account setup team creates the account in moodle.  Moodle login is entirely based off your email address.  Also, if you are not taking this exam as part of a school sponsored curriculum, please ensure you have contacted our office at 888-751-5717 or visit our website at www.aamp.net to inquire as to the proper steps, application and testing fees to take our exams.  If you have already done this and have been told to fill this out as part of the last step of the process, then please proceed.

Instructors: Please ensure that you have already contacted our office as you have in the past with a list of your student's who will be testing.  We also recommend having your student's fill this form out themselves to ensure the information entered here is as accurate for them as possible.  Simply instruct your students to visit our website at www.aamp.net, then click "Exam and Online Testing" menu and access the link to this form themselves to ensure their information is correct.

Please instruct them to do this at-least five business days prior to their anticipated test date so there is ample time between their moodle account creation and for them to be able to login and take any advanced items that are required within moodle.

When choosing the date for the student's examination, we require AT LEAST five business days in order to create and register the student for the proper course and for a proper amount of time for the student to complete any advance items before his/her examination date.
