Working together in a 1:1 container is a powerful commitment. It is not a quick-fix solution. It asks for your full presence and a financial investment that reflects the depth of this work.

1-1 containers are currently either £2100 GBP for a 4 month journey or £3200 GBP for a 6 month journey and prices will be increasing in 2026.

If you have not yet seen my 1-1 coaching page on my website please go here before applying so you know what you're applying for: https://www.rachelbednarski.com/1-1-somatic-coaching

Please apply only if you’re in a position to invest and ready to engage in your own transformation at this level.

If are feeling ready to get your body involved in your healing and expansion, please complete the below in as much detail as possible and I'll be in touch soon. Everything you share will remain confidential.

Love and full breaths, Rachel x
