VCHS Madrigals Singing Telegrams
Want to celebrate a student's birthday with the high school Madrigals Choir?! The cost for a birthday gram is $25. Please fill out this form and submit payment (see payment options below).
                
High School Only-Birthday Gram will be delivered the day of their birthday unless it falls on a block day that the Madrigals don't have class.  Orders will not be delivered without payment.

Elementary Campus Only- The Birthday Gram includes a happy birthday song, a sweet treat and a goodie bag! Birthday grams will only be delivered once a month. PLEASE complete the form before the 10th of each month. Orders placed after the 10th or that do not have payment will be delivered the following month. December birthday forms ONLY will need to be completed by the 1st and grams will be delivered on the 4th due to the busyness of the month.


Thanks for supporting the Madrigals and helping them get to their Spring competition trip! (One form per child)
