About the Angelo's Pasta Bar
Unlike many other food trucks the Angelo's Pasta Bar is a caravan that has been retrofitted into a mobile commercial kitchen. It requires separate power to be available on site, and possibly access to water to replenish the vans onboard water supply, and ability to dispose of waste water. The type of power available on site (single-phase or three-phase) determines which equipment can be used in the caravans commercial kitchen, and therefore which products can be offered for sale. We also require a 6-metre long site to allow for manoeuvring the caravan trailer (towed by a ute) and putting down jacks for stabilisation.
