This application is for any woman seeking financial support to join the 2025 Momentum Indy Divas. This application will be reviewed within our Divas Scholarship Committee and will be kept in strict confidence. Your answers to the questions in Section 2 will help the committee in their decision.

Divas scholarship applications are reviewed and awarded on a first come, first serve basis. This application form must be submitted by March 15 and notifications will be made by March 31. If awarded, the $150 Divas membership fee will be covered from a scholarship fund created through donations to allow women experiencing different circumstances to join Divas.
