TransWorld Attendee Refund Request Form
Thank you so much for your patience while our team works through our first ever postponement of TransWorld's shows. We know many of you are feeling the effects (as are we) of this difficult situation. This has gone beyond what any of us could have ever imagined.

We are very appreciative to those who have reached out to roll over registration to next year's show dates. We know this is a difficult time for so many, and those who choose to roll over registration are really helping us produce the quality shows that TransWorld is famous for. We really appreciate your love and support.

If you choose the roll over option, all your 2020 registrations will carry over to the new 2021 show dates (March 4-7, 2021). We intend to keep all events and seminars the same for next year's show. We will also accommodate transfers of seminars/events as well as transfer any names on registration and tickets. Those changes can be made closer to the 2021 show dates.

If you wish to request a refund, please follow the instructions below:

Please note if you have a combined registration, and you used different credit cards when you purchased events and seminars, you will need to fill out a separate form for each credit card to get those items refunded.

Refunds are made directly to the card used on your original transaction. Credit card processors only allow merchants to offer refunds within 120 days of purchases. If your transaction is older than 120 days, please contact jen@haashow.com or rich@haashow.com.

We will be offering refunds for 30 days starting March 24th and ending April 23rd at 11:59 CST. After that date, all purchases will be non-refundable and will automatically be rolled over to the March 4th-7th, 2021 show.

Please DO NOT dispute the charges with your credit card company. It WILL NOT make things go faster; it will only slow down our refund abilities and complicate the process. You may not be aware that for each chargeback inquiry that is filed, there is a flat fee of $35 per transaction that the bank charges us, per card associated with that request. Since we have already agreed to offer refunds, if you do not follow the refund process and choose to file a chargeback, there will be additional administrative fees applied to your future trade show registration (that we incurred as a result of your chargeback). This includes the $35 we get charged plus $15 administrative fee for the time it takes us handle each chargeback. If you have questions please call our office at (847) 453-4285.
