**Please read all of the following carefully.**
If you’re interested in exhibiting at TCAF 2018, please register online using the application form below. We are asking all creators, collectives, and self-publishers interested in exhibiting at TCAF 2018 to register online using the application form. If you are a full-line publisher (more than 10 releases per year) or will require multiple table-spaces, please also contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further information and instructions.
NEW 2018: This form asks you to link directly to 3 images that will represent you on our website and social media. They are:
1) A representative image of you (photo, illustration, etc.)2) a book cover or identifying graphic of your work3) an image sample of your comics work.
All images need to be at least 800 pixels by 800 pixels in size for our website. If you don't have those ready, maybe do that first?
NOTE: If you are a member of a collective or group of creators all planning on exhibiting/tabling together, please register each member individually. Have only one member of your group select the table size you would like and have the rest of your members select “No table, I will be sitting with my publisher/group” when asked, and then include the name of your group in the space provided.
NOTE: We are asking creators to exhibit every other year. If you exhibited in 2017 it is highly unlikely that you will be given a space for 2018, without extenuating circumstances (i.e., a major new print release, a gallery show, etc.). Most publishers are exempted from this rule.
Applications for TCAF 2018 are due on Tuesday, October 31st, 2017. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee table space at TCAF 2018.
Because of the high volume of submissions we have historically received, preference for exhibition space will be given to:
a) Comics creators (versus illustrators/animators/fine artists/other creative persons), b) Creators with new major works debuting at or around TCAF 2018,c) Those creators who did not exhibit in 2017.
TCAF exhibitors will be chosen by the TCAF Directors and Staff based on a number of criteria, so please be thorough in filling out the form below. We'll be contacting everyone on or by December 18th to let them know if their registration and table space requests have been accepted.
