The Forum Staff Member of the Month Nomination

Community partner, The Forum of Salisbury, sponsors monthly recognition awards for outstanding certified (teachers) and classified (all others) staff members.

The Forum will give the selected certified (teacher, counselor, administrator, etc) AND classified (teacher assistant, data manager, treasurer, school nutrition, custodian, etc) staff members $250, a six-month membership to The Forum, and a 5-class pass for SoFul Yoga and Wellness at Railwalk. In addition, each winner gets four meal vouchers from Towne Creek Commons Chick-Fil-A.

Nomination Criteria:

Nominations may only be submitted by RSS parents or students.
Explanation in the form below should include why the parent or student feels the staff member deserves special recognition.
Staff may be nominated more than once, but are only eligible to win once per academic school year.
