Terms of Service

*Payment required upon agreement of conceptualized work by client. Payments can be made via PayPal in USD (US dollars) or by purchase through my kofi website shop. If I choose to cancel your commission for any reason, I will refund your full payment.

I have the right to decline your commission request for any possible reason.

I own all the rights to the original product. I can post it to my portfolio or social media, unless stated otherwise.

I have the right to reuse, modify and resell any rejected sketches/concepts in other works.

Commissions are for personal use only! You are not allowed to sell or distribute the work unless an extended agreement has been made between seller and client.

I would ask that when you post the artwork to social media that I am credited properly (please link back to me @phoenixfire110 for Twitter and Instagram).

Do not, under any condition, use the art for any block-chain related activity ie. NFT’s, cryptocurrency, AI, generative art, etc. or any other current or future inventions associated with them.

I do not draw heavy explicit sexual content, violence, etc. I am open to some sensual/romantic themes, but this must be discussed prior to commission beginning.
