At each session, your child will need to sign in when they arrive and sign out before they leave.  

All children, when signing in, will be logging their presence in the building AND agreeing to RESPECT themselves, others, resources and the space.

First Aid

In the case of a minor injury or emergency, please indicate if you are happy for a member of staff to administer first aid.       *
Leaving the centre

We may occasionally take small groups of children out of the centre to a nearby park or play area. Please confirm if you agree to your child leaving the centre for this purpose.

Photographs

We may occasionally take photographs or video of young people at the Youth Club to use for promotional purposes including the town council website and social media channels. To comply with Data Protection legislation, we need your consent before we can photograph or make any recordings or the young person named above *

This is not a chat group, but provides an easy way for our youth team to communicate any changes to our regular sessions due to staff absence etc.
