Join NJYD at the 2017 YDA Convention Application

The New Jersey Young Democrats are compiling a list of possible candidates to attend the 2017 Young Democrats of America National Convention in Dallas, TX from August 9th through August 12th, 2017.

NJYD is looking to send a delegation of approximately 20.

Please understand that by completing this form it will NOT guarantee that you will be a delegate; however, it will guarantee that your name will be considered by the New Jersey Young Democrats Executive Board. In addition, the New Jersey Young Democrats can not guarantee that housing and transportation costs will be completely covered. While our hope is to cover all delegates attending through our aggressive fundraising - we can not guarantee that will be the case.

The New Jersey Young Democrats, in accordance with the Young Democrats of America, must meet certain guidelines to ensure that the delegation of the New Jersey Young Democrats is diverse and encompasses a variety of backgrounds.
